Eligibility

Less than a bachelors (HR Related Program) – 3 years in HR Role
Less than a bachelors (Non HR Related Program) – 4 years in HR Role
Bachelors degree (HR Related Program) – 1 year in HR Role
Bachelors degree (Non HR Related Program) – 2 years in HR Role
Masters Degree (HR Related Program) – Currently in HR Role
Masters Degree (Non HR Related Program) – 1 year in HR Role minimum 7500 hours of Professional Project Management experience.

160 Multiple choice questions
95 knowledge items/65 situational judgment items
