Program Overview
Health and Safety Professional is responsible to co-ordinate, support and advise the organization on all aspects of health and safety. A Health and Safety Manager is to establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety. An health and safety professional is also responsible to ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
The one year MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Global Banking and Finance is a comprehensive program designed for the professionals who are looking forward for a great career in banking and finance domain. Post completion of the program, the learners will be awarded with a postgraduate diploma in global banking and finance from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK and an MBA in Global Banking and Finance from Universdiad Catolica de Murcia, UCAM.
The students enrolling with MBA in Global Banking and Finance will undertake the core modules on International Human Resources, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Management and Leadership and Operations Management and specialized modules in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking and Wholesale Banking and Financial Instruments, Institutions and Markets in First Part while in the second part the students will take the module on Socio – Economic – Legal Environment and a thesis work.
Program Outline - Part-A
The part A consists of six modules out of which four modules are core while two are specialized modules. The six modules will be deliver over a period of six months. All the learners who complete the part A will attain 40 ECTS which is equivalent to 80 UK Credits.

The part B consists of a mandatory module and a thesis work. Program Delivery:
The dual certification MBA Program at SDIM will be facilitated by renowned faculty with decades of experience in the domain. During the program, the students will be exposed to industry specific case studies, business simulations and extempore. All the students enroll for MBA program will have access to the library of SDIM, Ebrary access with 1000s of journals and books, regular industry leader visits and career fairs
Post completion of the program, the student has an option of attending the university convocation in the campus of UCAM, Murcia, Spain.
The program will be deliver through state of the art online learning system and all the learners will have access to international journals and books. All the programs will be deliver by international faculty and student can attend the live lectures from senior international faculties by logging in the system. All the sessions will be recorded and the students can listen the lectures at free time. The LMS has option for doubt clarification session and online classroom activity. The classes will be held twice a week (Sunday and Tuesday) for three hours each.
