  • Design

    During the first phase our crucial priority is to bring in a dedicated and experienced program management team who will work with your organization during the entire cycle. The program management team will make sure to understand your core business needs and objectives and will later work with course faculty and program content developer to design a program that reflect your goals at both corporate and team level. During the entire design engagement, the program team will design the program with core focus on your future strategic goals and unique challenges.

  • Develop

    Post design, the program management team will sit along with your business managers, department managers and senior management besides team members to create a self-awareness of the program they are undergoing and the importance of it from organization as well as team per se. Before developing the curriculum, we will create a questionnaire, psychometric tests and agreeable learning outcomes and will take a concise feedback. The program development team along with faculty will use context specific cases and examples while designing the program. To create an engaged learning environment, the program team will use customization and localization while designing the program.

  • Delivery

    Post development, SDIM will work along with the training facilitator to work on the agreeable dates for program delivery. The customized program will be developed from the scratch and will be unique to your organization. The newly developed program will have combination of theory, experiential learning and practical scenarios derived from the workplaces and management archives.

    During the delivery phase, the program administration and learning program coach will work with your team on program management, support administration and learning management system besides supporting tools, materials and assessments.
