During the first phase our crucial priority is to bring in a dedicated and experienced program management team who will work with your organization during the entire cycle. The program management team will make sure to understand your core business needs and objectives and will later work with course faculty and program content developer to design a program that reflect your goals at both corporate and team level. During the entire design engagement, the program team will design the program with core focus on your future strategic goals and unique challenges.
Post design, the program management team will sit along with your business managers, department managers and senior management besides team members to create a self-awareness of the program they are undergoing and the importance of it from organization as well as team per se.
